MPT

Music ProTracker (MPT) was created in the early 1990s for the Atari 8-bit platform. The author was Adam Bienias (Sote).

MPT developed concepts known from CMC, offering more flexible pattern and instrument management, as well as efficient playback code designed for integration with games.

Significance: popular in the Polish Atari scene community, used in both demos and commercial productions, an important stage in the evolution of POKEY trackers.
